Yesterday I was so hell bent on getting this week's chapter out on time, and getting my greedy arse to my cafe, and normalising my life, post cleaning for Elaine's visit, Elaine's visit, seeing Prem Rawat in Barcelona, that when I read it back I nearly died of shame. It is so poorly typeset I need shooting and I can't live with it. Mistakes all over the place. I even forgot to add the 4th mind-map which I love. So here is the link to see it in its entire beauty.
