Knowledge — 4 Techniques Part 2. Includes Discoveries in Part 1.

I am in a good place.

I am in a good place.

I am in a good place.

I am in a good place.

I am telling the truth.

My truth is my fortune.

Why would I lie?

It is very un-English to talk about money. We negate the importance of it. Peace. Having enough money talks to peace.

I am having a peaceful day today. The birds are chirping. Butterflies are dancing. My plants are thriving. My daughter has just left. I do not have a care in the world. I have my health. I have money. I have it all. I am sitting safe in the world. I have made myself safe in the world. After all these years. It has taken 50 years. I’m smiling. There has to be a link between me the 17-year-old girl — above — who experiences her boyfriend being stabbed on her doorstep — him never waking up — peace — money — care. I have to parent myself to get this far. I have done a good job. I have had many mishaps. The greatest thing I have ever done is receive the 4 techniques of meditation. I am not gonna do the big sell. I don’t give a fuck if you get them or not. Doesn’t benefit me any. All I want to do is get it off my chest. I feel I should tell you they exist. If I don’t, I am misrepresenting myself. My capabilities. It feels like fraud. That Linda has superpowers to achieve what she achieves. But, yeah, maybe. My superpower is I recognise what is good for me and continue to practise it like a Shaolin monk because it has proven useful to me.

Money Sin and Punishment

Before I give you my other answers to the other 2 Churchill Fellowship questions, I promised, from last week, I want to tell you something profound I discover in last week’s answer. Go back a few weeks to me examining my relationship with money. In the answer to last week’s 2nd question, there is a huge key. All these years I must have been associating money with sin and punishment. In last week’s narrative I leave the big house, the dough, the clothes behind and become a God-fearing woman that has nothing to do with the sinful dough that leads her into the hell of her husband’s alcoholism. It is a redemption story. I am the redeemed hero in a story that has probably messed with my mind and stopped me from earning money normally in case something like this happens again. I do an 8-station mind-map to investigate further.

I discover money is deeply linked to a grown prosecution accusing me a 17-year-old child of causing 28-year-old Pauline to fatally stab Ivan.

Ivan burns Pauline with an iron to get her £695 maternity allowance to gamble.

He is on remand in jail.

I say you can have him.

She visits him — I don’t.

He comes out — knocks on my door.

We go to bed.

She stabs him 10 hours later when, she’s sick of knocking on our door.

The Churchill Fellowship Question 3 & 4

Question 3

Why have you chosen these countries? What do you hope to learn from them? Please tell us something about the people and places you would like to focus on. We understand your thinking will develop and your plans might change. Please write 1500 characters or fewer.

Answer 4

Amaroo. Queensland. Australia.

Annually, Prem spends 5 days with people who have the 4 techniques. 2006 I attend. The land is restored to pristine indigenous conditions. 1000s of attendees arrive and leave peacefully. The food tents serve nutritious vegetarian dishes. There is no technology.  I want to immerse myself. First, build an online relationship with the facilitators. Arrive 2 weeks before 2026 event to shadow them. Build an ongoing relationship that assists me to program, deliver, and facilitate PEP in UK art galleries and museums.

Wolston Correctional Facility. Queensland.

Wolston hosts PEP as part of their Violence Prevention Strategy. Using my experience facilitating workshops in UK prisons, I will build an online relationship. Visit while in Queensland. Ask facilitating staff and participants for strategies; does and don’ts; evaluations; and testimonials.

ZKM Art Centre. Director Alistair Hudson. Karlsruhe. Germany.

2017 I excavate the Reno. 2019/20, me and Alistair collaborate to exhibit the finds in the Reno at the Whitworth. Successfully replacing the gallery system. 350,000 visits in search of their reflection. Alistair wants to initiate systems that replace capitalism. I want to facilitate PEP to lead people to their true reflection. Using ZKM physicality; my artistic skills; my research; Alistair’s directorial skills, we can plan a PEP system for UK arts, unhindered by the present UK art system. Initiating personal peace that affects societal change.

Question 4

How do you think you will share and use your learning to influence change in the UK? Tell us something about what you hope to do next - with whom, how and when. We understand change takes time and your plans will evolve. Please write 1500 characters or fewer.

Answer 4

My Art of Assembly (A0A) presentation includes excavating the Reno with Reno regulars; Using my white mum’s status to declare myself the mistress of my Dad’s Jamaican plantation; Using visual art and psychology to exorcise ghosts that haunt my ‘half-caste’ nursery.  A0A's discussion decides: the antiquated art gallery system doesn’t speak to a modern visitor. I am asked how I would adjust this.

‘People who are struggling gravitate towards me. Relieved while there — I know they will feel the struggle again when my project wears off. As S says on the last day of my most recent project, ‘When you leave it will go back to normal.’ She means she will feel abandoned again. I want to say, ‘Practising my 4 techniques of meditation ensures I never feel that. It is a full stop on yesterday. It tethers me to me internally. You can have this for yourself.' It would be easier to tell her if there was somewhere to direct her to.’

I will raise the funds to run PEP in art galleries so people can excavate their own inner peace.  Each workshop features video excerpts of author and peace educator Prem Rawat’s inspiring presentations, speeches and interviews on ten themes: Peace, Appreciation, Inner Strength, Self-awareness, Clarity, Understanding, Dignity, Choice, Hope and Contentment. The course includes facilitated reflection time, participant interactions, workbook activities. Reading materials vary the workshops, making them dynamic and enjoyable.

We will add art to express how all this makes them feel.
